7.  You agree that your continuous use of your email and/or web addresses made available to you by FAMILYDOMAINS.ORG is subject to your payment of the initial fee plus set up fee as well as the payment of annual fees.

8.  You also acknowledge that your email and/or web addresses may be made available to others once cancelled by FAMILYDOMAINS.ORG or yourself.

9. You agree to observe the web space limited to your email and/or web addresses, and that usage in excess of the allowed spaces will incur additional charges in proportion to your allocation.

10. No materials should be posted to your web site that are infringement of copyright laws.

11. No pornographic materials or materials that promote child sex shall be posted to your web site.

12. These Terms & Conditions are regularly updated to reflect changing market conditions. You agree that changes will have effect on the use of email and/or web addresses issued by FAMILYDOMAINS.ORG with or without notification to their respective users.
