1.  We consider your registration data and the content of all of your messages to be private. Messages that you send will be received by others with your name and Internet Protocol (IP) address contained within the header of your message. Similarly, any website you post will display your URL or email address.

2.  We will not intentionally monitor or disclose any of your email messages or registration data unless we believe in good faith that we are required to do so (i) to enforce these Terms and Conditions, (ii) to comply with court orders or other laws, (iii) to defend us in any action, or (iv) to protect our property and rights. You will not be notified if this occurs, although we will do our best to protect your confidentiality.

6.  You understand that our Services are supported in part by advertising, so we will disclose statistics about our aggregate registration information in connection with our marketing and advertising activities. This does not mean that we will provide individual registration data except as provided in the next sentence. In cases where you elect to receive services from third parties associated with us, you grant us the right to disclose your individual registration data to those third parties in order to fulfill your requests and to verify the validity of orders.
